Soil mixing techniques

For soil mixing techniques, the existing soil is loosened using suitable mixing tools – cutting wheels for rectangular columns or mixing paddles for round columns – and blended with a slurry to form a homogeneous soil-bentonite mortar.

The cement slurry required for these methods is produced using a colloidal mixer, model CMS 30 or CMS 45 (depending on the required capacity). Then the cement slurry is transported to the mixer by a downstream eccentric screw pump, model EP 14-400 or EP 14-600 (also depending on the required capacity).

The equipment operator can regulate the volume of cement slurry via remote control depending on the requirement for the pump in order to precisely dose the exact quantity.
